What should I wear?

We recommend wearing a long sleeved top and trousers; jodhpurs, leggings or tracksuit bottoms are a comfy choice. Footwear must be closed toe, boots with a small heel. Flat soled shoes rather than chunky boots are ideal. Body protectors are not compulsory but are recommended.

How do I pay?

Payment is made via our online booking system upon booking. Payment must be secured via the system to secure your slot. Non payment will result in us filling your space.

Where do I go upon arrival?

Please park in the car park upon arrival and walk down the track. Disabled parking is available outside the café.  Upon arrival to the site, please could all riders report to the café to sign in and make payment for your session. This applies to all customers.  This is to ensure we are aware of who is on site for health and safety and to streamline the payment process. 

What happens in bad weather?

We run our sessions in all weathers with the exception of excessive ice/ snow/ wind. We will always let you know prior to your ride if your session has been affected by weather. It may mean we push your time to later in the day. 

How do we find you?

Our address is Ginny Hole, Green Lane, Stottesdon, DY14 8US.
You can use our What.Three.Words code; suspends.paper.tall to find us easily, this will bring you to the top of our track. 

Do we need our own equipment?

Riding hats are available to hire for £1.50 for those that don't have their own. If you are bringing your own it must be up to current standard (PAS 015 and kitemarked.) 
Body protectors are not compulsory. 
Riding boots are not provided, please see above for minimum footwear requirements.

Do you have a weight limit?

Yes, our current weight limit is 14.5st.
